Unity is power

 * There was a man who was always active in his organization, known and respected  Suddenly, for some reason, he became inactive, stopped cooperating with the organization, and walked away from the organization *.

         * A few weeks later, on a very cold night, the head of the organization decided to meet him  The principal went to the man's house and saw that the man was alone in the house.  The fire is burning in front of the burning wood  The man greeted with sincerity. *

          * They both sat in silence.  After a while, the chief said nothing, picked up a piece of wood from the burning fire and put it outside  Sat down again. *

        * The man was paying attention to everything  Having been alone for a long time, the man was happy to see the chief in front of him, and he was with the head of his organization today.  After a while the fire was completely extinguished. In the meantime there was no heat at all. *

            * Some time ago, the wood that had the bright light and the heat of the fire turned only black and dead. *

            * At this point .. both friends greeted each other very briefly, exchanging words very briefly.  Before leaving, the chief picked up the abandoned wood and put it back in the fire.  The wood burned again and began to burn, and began to spread light and heat all around. *

           * When the man reached the door to leave the chief, he said to the chief, "Thank you very much for coming to my house and meeting me."

  * Today you have taught a beautiful lesson that speech has no existence, that a lonely human being does not exist.  Friends, our identity and strength are both organizations, so the organization should be the best for us. *

   * Our loyalty and dedication to the organization should be based on ideology, not on anyone. *
