🌺💐ANGULIMaLA,💐🌺
Angulimal had become a monster. Due to his fear, the tribals living in the forest migrated. The road through the forest got wet. His terror was so terrible that the villages were deserted.
Once upon a time, the Buddha lived in the Jetavan Vihara at Sravasti. They were informed of the fingerprints. When they heard this, they began to think, To live for the goal of the one whose end is in sorrow. ”Seeing the sea of compassion in his heart
Recruitment was as it should be. He began to think about the need to bring him to Saddhamma. Without taking the bhikkhus with steadfast bliss and devotion, Tathagata started walking towards the forest where Angulimal lives. It was dawn.
Some passers-by on the road warned the Buddha, "Shramana Gautama, do not go in that direction. The bandit Angulimal lives in that forest. He will kill you." The children in charge of the cows warned them. He entered the forest, blessing his friends who warned him out of love. His footsteps sanctified the forest. The atmosphere there was pleasant and the animals started jumping with joy. The wind began to blow. The tree began to shake. Flowers bloomed everywhere.
Angulimal, who lives a double life, sometimes non-violent and sometimes angulimal, was amazed to see the change taking place in the forest. Unknowingly there was a non-violent space in him. He was relieved when a herd of deer running by passed him. At that moment, Angulimala jumped on the non-violent. Ahimsakala was pressed down by a fingernail as if to place a huge stone on a small stone.
Taking the blood-stained ax in his hand, Angulimala made a terrible roar. The sound spread far and wide. As soon as he realized that someone was coming, he became alert. The mind said, "Who is coming to surrender your life to me?" In the distance he saw a man wearing a chivar. With a loud roar he said, "Wait! Stop right there! If you come forward, your head will be cut off with this ax. "Hearing his voice, Tathagata continued walking towards him.
Fingers trembled. Oh, this is coming to me. Saying this, he shouted again, "Oh, ascetic, stop! Don't come forward!" The fingertips can see you. Tathagata stopped at a distance where the sound could be heard. He said in his melodious voice, "Gargya Maitrayani's son is non-violent, I have never stopped. Friend, when are you going to stop?" Angulimal was distracted by the question of Tathagata. He realized that the ground beneath his feet was sliding. He screamed and ran towards them, trying to control himself. As soon as he saw the eyes of Tathagata, he stood like an idol. His hand shook. Sweat soaked the limbs. The body became powerless and the ax in his hand fell down.
The Buddha said to him, "Friend! You are a great Brahmin. Four Vedas, eighteen Puranas, your mastery over ethics. You are a dear disciple of a great noble teacher. Don't you think that the life you have accepted is wrong? Friend! Why are you hurting me?" Why do you inflict sorrow on innocent souls? How meaningful is your mother to keep your name - 'Non-violent'. But you have covered yourself with darkness because of your stubbornness to make a false goal come true. Friend! Come to light. Your sainthood is not dead yet. Give him a chance. Come. Friend! Live the life of Saddhamma and attain Nirvana in this life. "
Hearing the auspicious voice of the Tathagata, Angulimal said, "Oh! This is the Buddha. He caught me. He revived non-violence. He burned Angulimala in the flame of wisdom." Joining hands, he bowed and said, "This is Tathagata! By your revelation you are telling me to give up evil deeds. I am ready to try."
Angulimala threw the necklace around his neck into a deep pit. The tearful eye held the Buddha's feet and expressed his desire to join the Sangh. Then the Buddha said, "This bhikkhu, follow me." Angulimal became a bhikkhu. He bathed in a clean reservoir. Shaved himself. He looked like a snake that bites and becomes radiant. He sat at their feet, wearing his half-chew given by Tathagata.
The Buddha explained Dhamma, Adhamma, Saddhamma to him. He was impressed by the importance of the eightfold path, the paramita, the five stones. Pragya Shil was blessed to hear the commentary on compassion and friendship.
The full moon had risen in the sky. The night had descended into the forest with the moonlight. At the footsteps of the Tathagatas, there was a ringing of the finger. Seeing him go like this, not only the trees, the birds, the leaves, the air, the colorful fish in the reservoir, the thorny bushes, the poisonous plants, the small animals, but also the stone-soil were celebrating Anand Mohatsav.
